Only used a few times. These rollerskates are created for jamskating but you can change the jam plug for a toe stop and set. Hit the rink in style with the Chaya Chameleon Hi-Top Rollerskates. Built for strength and support, these jam skates are also lightweight and comfortable. The Flap'n'Strap system allows for easy customization with 3 extra pieces in red, blue, and gold. Don't miss your chance to roll out with these slightly used, size 6 skates. The Chaya Chameleon High Skates are high-cut jam skates made to be strong and supportive while staying comfortable and lightweight. They are made with a glass-fiber reinforced composite as well as real and PU leather with plenty of padding within the boot. The Flap'n'Strap system is removable and interchangeable so that you can customize it with different colors and they come with 3 extras in red, blue, and gold so that you can start customizing right out of the box. The Chaya Zena plates are made of 6061 aircraft aluminum, making them very precise and strong with great energy transfer. The plate is mounted on with the Dual Center Mounting System which uses a bolt underneath each truck and allows you to customize the position of your mounting as well as offering you an easy way to change out the plates quickly. They also have Chaya Diamond Jam Plugs that are fixed onto the plate with a clamp mechanism. The wheels below are Chaya's Drift wheels which are 59mm with a 95A hardness and they spin freely on ABEC 9 Wicked bearings. Konsumentskyddslagar är inte tillämpliga på köp mellan privatpersoner. Mer specifikt innebär detta att ångerrätten enligt 10 § Lag (2005:59) om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler inte är tillämplig på köpet. Därtill gäller inte heller inte det EU-rättsligt harmoniserade ansvaret gentemot en köpare som är konsument för bristande avtalsenlighet som visar sig inom två år. Allmänna regler och praxis enligt köplagen är emellertid tillämpliga på köp mellan privatpersoner. En köpare som mot bakgrund av köparens rätt att få en avtalsenlig vara anser att det föreligger fel i en vara måste reklamera felet till säljaren senast två år från leverans av varan (32 § Köplagen). Vidare är 18 § köplagen, där det framgår att en vara ska motsvara det som avtalats mellan parterna samt vara fri från dolda fel, tillämplig på köpet (om inte detta avtalats bort av köparen). En köpares val av påföljder vid fel i vara framgår av bestämmelserna i 31-40 § köplagen. Köp som görs genom "Köp nu"-knappen omfattas även av Köparskydd.
