📦 Buying & Bundles
• Sizes & Returns: I can only state the size on the label. Issues with fit, colour, or general buyer's remorse are the buyer's responsibility. I am not a retail shop, so I do not offer returns or exchanges once an item is sent. Please check labels and research sizing online if you're unsure. I cannot measure everything and wont be for cheap items.
Material - unless it states what it is, I have no idea
• Item Condition: I check every item thoroughly before shipping. If there are any issues, I will let you know! Please message me with any problems before leaving negative feedback—I'm only human and can occasionally miss things.
• Bundles: Please only create a bundle if you are ready to purchase. Calculate your estimated postage/cost before adding items. This saves time for both of us.
• Offers: Silly or lowball offers will be ignored. My prices are fair, and a portion of sales supports my SEN child. If I don't reply immediately, I'm likely having a busy day.
• Try-On Photos: I do not provide try-on photos.
📮 Postage & Home Info
• Shipping: I post as soon as possible. Please do not offer on an item and then message asking for immediate ASAP postage. If you have an urgent need, ask before making the offer.
• Packaging: Items are posted in sealed package bags, and I take pictures at my end for proof of condition.
• Home: Smoke-free home.
