My clothes, bags etc are all used in a non-smoking and pet-free environment. Plus I am a clean and neat freak so all items have been handled cleanly and with care unless otherwise specified. Also I do not wear outdoor shoes at home.
All used clothing items have been washed unless otherwise stated (I would recommend you wash again before using)
For clothes (the adult ones), here are my measurements for your reference:

Usually wear - size S/M, UK10, FR38, EU36
